Training Officer
UNITAF
Selection Notice
Due to unexpected changes in the availability of Cpl Bond (NCO Training), we are seeking a replacement NCO to work alongside Sgt mbaker5114 (NCOIC Training) in leading the newly formed training staff group. More information can be found about UNITAF's new organisational structure
here.
J7 is responsible for overseeing all unit lesson plans, lesson planning, reviewing of after practice reports, and our overall training output and scheduling. The role of J7 staff is to manage all contributions and contributors to this effort unit-wide while working with unit command. Reporting to Training Command, J7 will soon be responsible for Instructor Qualifying, Instructor Management and SOP Compliance, with the introduction of the upcoming PCF and Tiers update.
We prefer candidates who are already involved as contributors to J7, but ultimately we'll consider applications from those who have the commitment and dedication to this area for the role. This is a rewarding role that will involve developing UNITAF's leading future educational tools and make a significant contribution to the success of UNITAF.
To be eligible for this position, you must be at the rank of Pvt or higher, in accordance with the
updated rank policy. This is a staff management position and not solely a contributor, and therefore the relevant rank of this position is determined by the rank policy mentioned previously.
The application deadline is Sunday, April 2nd, 2023.
For more information or to express your interest or ask any questions you may have regarding the position, we encourage you to reach out to either 2Lt Whitewolf (Training Officer) or Sgt mbaker5114 (NCOIC Training).
Training Command will make its recommendations to Central Command shortly after the application deadline.
