Good morning all,
In sight of recent changes and to support the Future Training System a number of changes have been made to the standing Awards - however some other awards have been changed which do not relate to training or FTS, as follows.
Firstly, a new Global Campaign Medal will replace all specific Campaign Medals

This will not affect any already issued, legacy campaign medals

This medal comes in 12 versions

Global Expeditionary Achievement Medal (GEAM)
The Global Expeditionary Achievement Medal is conferred upon members who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and skill across a spectrum of global expeditionary campaigns. This prestigious medal is a recognition of the outstanding commitment and resilience shown in completing numerous deployments in diverse international environments. Recipients of the GEAM have not only participated in a significant number of global missions but have also exemplified adaptability, expertise, and an unwavering dedication to mission success under varying conditions. The award celebrates their substantial contributions to the strategic objectives of global operations, showcasing their ability to navigate and excel in complex, cross-cultural settings. Conferred for completing 10 deployments in each of 5 different global campaigns, signifying a significant level of involvement and success in international operations.
Next up, the JSAM has been updated to a new design and to support FTS

Joint Service Achievement Medal (JSAM)
The Joint Service Achievement Medal is awarded to members who have demonstrated exceptional skill and proficiency by achieving and concurrently maintaining the respective Tier requirements across all combat areas. This prestigious medal acknowledges the extraordinary dedication, versatility, and tactical acumen required to excel simultaneously across a broad spectrum of combat disciplines. The JSAM is testament to the recipient's comprehensive understanding of diverse combat roles and their ability to adapt and excel under varied and challenging circumstances. It honors those who not only meet but exceed the rigorous standards of excellence in each tier, showcasing their commitment to operational excellence and the unit's overall success. For and having achieved Tier I in all active combat areas.
The Long Service Medal has had a 6-Year attachment added
6 Year Long Service Medal
On completion of 6 Years of continuous service.
A new medal has been added for Peer-to-Peer evaluations in FTS

Peer Evaluation Service Medal (PESM)
The Peer Evaluation Service Medal is awarded to individuals who exhibit exceptional commitment and proficiency in conducting peer evaluations. This medal acknowledges the crucial role the recipients play in maintaining and enhancing the standards of our unit through diligent and thorough peer-to-peer assessments. Recipients of this medal have demonstrated not just a high quantity of evaluations, but also a consistent quality in their assessment, contributing significantly to the professional development and operational readiness of their peers. The PESM is a testament to their dedication to upholding excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mutual support within the organization. Awarded for completing 2,500 qualifing peer evaluations.

Skill Proficiency Achievement Medal (SPAM)
The Skill Proficiency Achievement Medal is awarded to personnel who demonstrate excellence in acquiring a wide range of skills at varying proficiency levels during peer-to-peer evaluations. This medal celebrates the recipient's commitment to personal and professional development, recognizing their achievements in mastering skills to the Proficient status. It underscores the individual's ability to perform independently under typical and complex conditions, showcasing adaptability and high consistency in skill application. The SPAM honors those who not only embrace learning but also exemplify the standards within the unit. Achieved proficiency in all 150 distinct skill blocks.

UNITAF Medal of Freedom (MOF)
As a physically delivered award, the UNITAF Medal of Freedom highest award for contributions to UNITAF. It is bestowed for especially meritorious contributions to the interests of United Task Force over a sustained period of time, that in the eyes of the Commanding Officer and the Headquarters, are above and beyond the call of duty.
UNITAF Medal of Merit (MOM)
The second highest award for contributions to UNITAF, for meritorious contributions to the interests of United Task Force over a sustained period of time.
Finally, note that there will likely be further changes and refinements as time progresses. Please also note the following;

Unlike ranks, when medal requirements change - medals are not retracted

If you meet the requirements for new medals, such as the Global Expeditionary Achievement Medal (GEAM) do not message Personnel Command in this instance, they will be issued en-masse in due course.
