Judge risk to an individual

Before taking any action, judge the risk that each individual would be exposed to. Start with a base risk assessment of the situation that the individual would be exposed to, and then account for the equipment carried and skill.

Give each of the following outcomes a rough probability, to be incorporated into other decisions:

• No risk
• Minor wounds (individual will be combat effective)
• Moderate wounds (individual will be at a reduced combat effectiveness)
• Major wounds (individual will not be combat effective)
• Dead
