Situation
Background InformationWith the main enemy artillery battery in the northern front successfully destroyed by the paratrooper platoon, they in desperate need of reinforcements and relief. Battalion HQ has deemed this an ideal opportunity to initiate a pre-planned large-scale counteroffensive through the British sector of Rosche to penetrate deep into the enemy positions that have long held the north. A troop of RAC Challenger tanks have been tasked with spearheading this assault, supported by additional infantry, logistical and medical personnel. Attention This ORBAT is taking part in a CSIP Leadership Trial of British Squad Structures which removes the 1st Fireteam Leader entirely. Squad Leaders will lead the 1st Fireteam and the radio structure will be different. Squad Leaders will be required to attend a pre-briefing for the CSIP and during the mission briefing test information will be outlined.

1) Para section has been relieved and re-tasked successfully into the main assault. 2) All enemy forces in the AO have been aggressively and effectively destroyed.
Execution
Commander's IntentThe purpose of this mission is to relive Paratrooper callsign ROOK 2 from Testorf, under fire from enemy mechanised infantry and to, supported by KNIGHT continue forward momentum by destroying enemy positions east of Testorf.
Tasks and Sequencing
The map can be viewed to the left hand side by clicking on MAP PHASE 0 - ROOK 2 is held up in Testorf and must survive until support can arrive - ALL CALLSIGNs move to envelop ROOK 2 at Testorf from the Staging Area -- ROOK 1 from the North -- ROOK 2 from the South -- KNIGHT supporting ROOK callsigns will move in their self-crewed FV432 APCs, dismounting under the direction of the Squad Leader, BISHOP 4-2 will deliver ROOK 2's FV432 to Testorf. BISHOP 4-1 and 4-2 will sustain BISHOP 2 on re-capture of Testorf and setup staging positions in Testorf. PHASE 1 KNIGHT covers the open ground providing support for enemy armoured units while ROOK 3 maneuvers to Schlagte to establish control of the village. ROOK 1 will move north to intercept the railway, destroying an enemy supply train with their combat engineer and then move east to utilise terrain to assault and establish control in the town of Hagen, ROOK 2 will join the assault once combat ready and support ROOK 1 with establishing control. ROOK 1 and ROOK 2 will secure Hagen, meeting ROOK 3 in Hagen after their sector is under control. BISHOP 4-1 and 4-2 will support manevers as required through ROOK 8. ROOK 1 and ROOK 3 have combat engineers to deal with the train and any other demolition requirements. PHASE 2 After further reconnaissance ALL CALLSIGNS will re-org for a further assault east towards Torwe, to destroy an enemy Command and Control bunker in Gross Malchau - this assault will be planned in field pending reconnaissance, but we expect to move east as planned.
Administration/Logistics
ResupplyROOK callsigns will carry supplies in their assigned FV432. BISHOP callsigns will resupply ROOK FV432's on request in accordance with standard LOGPAK procedures. BISHOP 4-2 will support KNIGHT callsigns with repairs and re-arm as required throughout the deployment. A radio operator permits the element to split into two sub teams as required.
Medical
The primary means of medical support are the two combat medical teams (CMT) under callsign BISHOP 4-1. A radio operator permits the element to split into two sub teams as required.
