Situation

Background Information
US Rangers are conducting a Mechanized Assault along the coastal road to Electro to eliminate Chedaki contacts hunkered down in the city.

There are no friendly forces in the AO.

Enemy Forces
ChDKZ Regulars with both light and heavy armour support including T-72 MBTs. There are reports that the enemy may use re-fitted fishing boats as assault boats with an array of armament. Enemy is expected to be supported by fixed emplacements.

Execution

Commander's Intent
A frontal assault with armored and motorized units into Electro. Breaching each and every defensive trench line and securing all areas of the city.

Tasks and Sequencing
Infil: We will move in convoy along the marked route towards the dismount point, utilizing the defilade and buildings along our route to provide a concealed approach. Phase Line 1-3 Outlaw: Once Dismounted Outlaw Platoon will start a bounding by squad approach to the bridge at WP2 to utilize ground in defilade to cover ground towards the first trench line. They will then peel towards WP3 to allow a close assault on the trench line. Each trench line will be assaulted under cover from the weapons team and Camps/Trenches will be assigned to the Squads in op. Panther: Once near to the dismount point they will move at their own discretion too over watch positions and provide cover for the advance. Once the infantry has reached the 2/3 Trench Line they will advance in line with the Lighthouse. Phase Line 3-6 The unit will logpack if required and then remount after the capture of Trench Line 4 and push along the coast where there is cover to hide our approach route. Once on the outskirts of the city our approach will be decided dependent on the contact faced. Panther will be prepared to support the flanks or the infantry dependent on the operational requirements. Tanks are set up for urban areas with the Tusk 2 System equiped.
