Situation

Background Information
IMPORTANT: Logistical Radio Operator will act as an Air Traffic Controller in this op. As the conflict between NATO and CSAT escalates in the Mediterranean, NATO forces stationed in the Green Sea region are tasked with conducting swift take-over of the Central Takistan region. The Air Force will command multiple precision strikes mainly with attack helicopters, while a Special Forces group clears out strategic points of interest from the enemy presence, crippling the enemy capabilities in the area.

Execution

Commander's Intent
The intent of this mission is to conduct rapid attacks on enemy positions located in the Takistan region. Several such key positions have been marked on the maps provided. Any intelligence or high value enemy personnel that can be collected along the way will assist friendly operations in this region.

Tasks and Sequencing
The standard method of operation throughout the mission will be as follows: 2x attack helicopter wings (Eagle and Raven) will be conducting recce and assault of enemy key positions along the general phasing below, with spec-ops team PHANTOM standing by to move in and conduct rapid CQB manoeuvres in order to finish off any resistance and capture intelligence or important enemy personnel where necessary. Guardian MERT team will be on standby for: SAR of downed helicopter crews, evacuation of excess CPERS and if necessary providing airlift assistance to Castle, should they need to conduct in-field repairs or set up Forward Ammunition/Refuel points. Castle will have their own ATC for conducting air traffic near the airbase and will handle maintenance of the airframes assigned to this operation. As previously mentioned they may requisition callsign Guardian (should they be available) to move personnel/ equipment. The phasing for this mission is a guideline and may be changed on the fly due to developing situations in the region. All operatives are directed to be flexible and prepared for changing objectives. Phase 1 will consist of clearance of the first two objectives marked as EGG and BEANS. During this phase and the beginning of the next, active long range AA situated at the occupied airbase North of the AO will restrict the airspace available for us to operate within. Once Objs EGG and BEANS are complete, PHANTOM will fly NOE along Route Blindside to LZ Locust for Phase 2. During Phase 2 PHANTOM will insert at Locust and proceed to OBJ Archer to eliminate enemy long range AA systems, maintaining a rapid pace under stealth. Once these systems are clear air cover will be brought in to mop up the objective and exfil the team. In the meantime, OBJs Bonfire and Jerky may be scouted and attacked by Eagle or Raven if possible. Past this, objectives will be prioritised and tackled based on their urgency- indicated by intel in the field or at Field Leaders' discretion. Throughout, requests for support along allied advances/ operations in the region may be sent to us and will be disseminated based on their urgency.
