Situation

Background Information
After being hit hard during their assault through the enemy front line and installations, Trident platoon must continue their advance towards Boriana Airbase in attempt to relieve the overwhelmed Loyalist forces surrounded there...

Friendly Forces
Trident platoon consisting of 2x Infantry squads and 1x weapons team.

Supporting Assets
Loyalist forces retreating out of Boriana Airbase to the southwest, making a last stand. NOTE: Loyalist forces should be wearing a blue armband to avoid accidents, however, it isn't guaranteed for every single rifleman. You still need to make sure you positively ID before engaging.

Enemy Forces
Motorized assets currently assaulting Boriana Airbase. Entrenched positions on major crossroads and bridges. Mechanized, possibly lightly armoured QRFs incoming from the east.


Mission

Tasking
Continue down the MSR to secure the vital crossroads encircling Boriana Airbase. Following the capture of important compounds, turn west and relieve friendly Loyalist elements. Continue expecting QRFs from the east. In case of a swift victory, exploit the weakness of the enemy defences and continue pushing east on the MSR towards the capital.

End-state
Mission Success: Friendly forces relieved, Airbase in our hands. Mission Failure: Friendly elements overran, Airbase under hostile control or Trident platoon held short of strategic objectives.


Execution

Commander's Intent
The main objective of the mission is to rescue Loyalist Forces backed into a corner near Boriana Airbase, and if the enemy picture permits, gain land on the Eastern side of the Airfield.

Tasks and Sequencing
Phase 0: All TRIDENT step off East after a short rest at a captured Factory near the town of Srpenica. TRIDENT 3 breaks off and establishes BoF to cover possible QRF Routes and support the other Trident Callsigns. Phase 1: TRIDENT 1&2 assault towards the Town of Kobarid and surrounding compounds, clearing any resistance. WHILE WE DO NOT EXPECT CIVPOP, RESPECT THE CIVILIAN INFRASTRUCTURE, AND THE MULTIPLE CHURCHES AND CHAPELS IN THE AO Phase 2: TRIDENT 1&2 move into FOB Boriana, clearing the way towards the Loyalists holding out on the southern Peninsula. Phase 3: ALL CALLSIGNS resupply and head East to secure Land where able.


Administration/Logistics

Resupply
ALL CALLSIGNS will cross the LD fully loaded according to the units SOP. These supplies will come from the staging area. This basic load is expected to sustain the team throughout the mission, without support. should resupply be needed, ZULU will provide LOGPAK

Medical
- Medical support will be conducted in field (PAK in Field)

Rules of Engagement
CPERS should be turned over to Trident 9 for evacuation to the rear.
