--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---

Situation

Background Information
We have had reports that ISIS plan to undercut our efforts as we make our way to Kalae Noowi Airbase by raiding Mayankel overnight. We only have a small window to counter this and push back towards their FOBs to stop any threat of this happening again.

Friendly Forces
Company sized force with support from weapons squadrons and artillery.

Supporting Assets
SNA will be helping us with transport.

Enemy Forces
We expect a mostly infantry based force with support from Light-Medium armoured vehicles. As well as the use of armoured VBIEDs and other types of IEDs.

Mission

Tasking
Ambush the assaulting force before it reaches Mayankel. Push out and take over a FOB in the neighbouring town. Take over a FOB with a well known ISIS Bomb maker, must be captured alive.

End-state
Once the Ambush has been completed and the FOB has been secured. Friendly forces will remain at the FOB to stop ISIS from re-taking.

Execution

Commander's Intent
Ambush ISIS forces that plan to take back Mayankel, take and DESTROY the neighbouring ISIS FOB and bomb making facility. Capture HVT's. This will ensure Mayankel is safe and will give us a stronger hold in the area.

Tasks and Sequencing
