Situation
Background InformationIn UNITAF's continuous 'Six Flags' efforts to secure the Western Valley for nationalist forces, special operations teams have secured credible Intel for ISIS Factories under ISIS influence in the Southwestern Hills, specifically the town of Benamair. Knocking out the aforementioned will deal a serious blow to OPFOR's monetary income.

Mission

After the ISIS Production Facilities destroyed / Confiscated and the Valley is secured ENDEX at Kalae Noowi or Benamair
Execution
Commander's IntentThe purpose of this mission is to continue the Six Flags assault on the western sector. Special Operations teams will secure safe entry of the Ground Combat Element and once linked up, both forces - mutually supporting with their supporting assets will clear the valley and capture key industrial facilities as identified by intelligence sources. Execution of this mission must be conducted with the minimum damage to infrastructure and loss of life.
Tasks and Sequencing
Special Operations Team, callsign HUNTER will insert either by road (primary) or by air (secondary) in MATVs, should airborne insertion be possible, this will be conducted by 1 or 2 CH-47 via ZULU. Their primary task is to forward secure tactical landing zones for the GCE, callsign RANGER. Second to this, HUNTER will locate 3 known AAA positions destroying them with artillery fire missions. The Ground Combat Element, callsign RANGER will insert close short of their first objective (primary) or should known or significant contact be met toward the primary TLZ, then (secondary). Insert will be conducted by ZULU in 2x CH-47 RANGER will conduct initial assaults on the Western Checkpoint, and north Eastern Vehicle Depots. As insertion is completed ZULU 5 transitions into it's Multi role, mobilising it's AH-6, while ZULU 5-1 continues to provide operational and logistics support, initially by inserting command MRAPs for CoyCo. Meanwhile, HUNTER, having completed overwatch will re-insert to the south in preparations for Phase 1 operations. Clearing a 1.2km stretch of ridgeline with firing positions into the area of operations to the north east. During Phase 2, HUNTER forces continue to overwatch RANGER as they progress the valley floor toward Phase 3, while conducting their continuous tasking along the ridge. In Phase 3, HUNTER forces conduct ambush preparations for expected QRF operations by mining entry routes, and combating defensive positions, while RANGER forces conduct a direct assault on the ISIS Stronghold.
Administration/Logistics
ResupplyAll RANGER elements will cover substantial ground on foot and over difficult terrain, TACSOP loading should be suitable for long distance on-foot travel. Resupply via ZULU LOGPAKs will be inserted by Air.
Medical
The primary and only means of MEDEVAC is by AIR, provided by ZULU 5-1 via the Company Forward Air Controller. Patients will be treated in-air or at a field Hospital and reinforcements will be inserted as required.
