--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---
Situation
Background InformationKeep in mind this is on TANOA you need the Apex DLC The organisation “Silhouette”, operating on a small island in the South pacific have told the world they have 24 hours to say goodbye to their loved ones. The organisation claims to have a device capable of dealing untold damage to the modern world. This was 22 hours ago. The Us Government along with UN support has dispatched a Special forces group to remove the threat.
Friendly Forces
6x Special Forces Teams with command elements 6x little birds
Supporting Assets
Upon the confirmed disarming of the device, USS Freedom, will be available to support with cruise missile strikes.
Enemy Forces
- The enemy have top end Drone surveillance technology - While heavily armed and highly trained the opposing force are not expected to be present in high numbers - The enemy has been planning this for an unknown length of time. Expect well dug in positions, minefields and killboxes - Local government and law enforcement assumed to be owned by company - Intel suggests a ring of outer fortifications concealed in the jungle with check points frequent on every road - Heavily fortified automated AA positions have been spotted on high level recon. Likelihood of these being activated by the perimeter defense is high and it is imperative these are not activated. Additional resources are too far out to deal with these before mission start.
Mission
TaskingThe mission will commence in 2 phases. The island is defended by an advanced radio detection Grid. These 5 towers prevent our forces moving into the heart of the island without detection. Intel has surmised that a small aircraft can slip underneath the detection grid and insert a team. The force will enact 5 simultaneous attacks on the towers to bring down the system before infiltrating the facility and disabling the device. Time is of the Essence if the device is activated it will yield untold destruction on the world as we know it. By the time the device is neutralized it is surmised the automated defense system will activate and Arial Exfill will not be possible. However we have great faith in the strength and training of our Special forces teams.
End-state
When the Device is Disabled Permanently the mission is considered a success. Teams where possible should exfill back to the carrier
Execution
Commander's IntentThe purpose of this mission is to take out the main threat by eliminating 5 towers at the same time. to weaken its defenses and then defuse the main objective somewhere in the large compound.
Tasks and Sequencing
Delta squad 1 will secure the Norther 3 objectives ( Tower 1 Tower 5 and Possible COMM's station) Delta squad 2 will secure the the Southern 3 objectives ( Tower 2 m Tower 3, Tower 4) Insertion will be at night under cover of the thunderstorm which should mask the blades of the helicopters. Pilots are needed to fly NAP. to lower the change of discovery. 6x MH-6 little birds who land at 6x different LZ. When towers are blown at the same time the Automatic AAA defense will not be able to be active for around 8 minutes which gives the helicopters the change to land closer to the Main compound. Incase of failure to do so the elements need to find other ways of transport to get to the main compound. When device has been disable command will authorize cruise missiles strikes on Eastern most AAA to try to get a opening for air extraction. When air extraction is no longer viable move on own accord to pre-determined "safe" LZ . When communications break down Green Flare should be used to signal air that friendly requires pickup We have 2 hours until the deadline passes. Overal AO Tower 1 Tower 2 Tower 3 Tower 4 Tower 5
