--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---
Situation
Background InformationFollowing heavy shelling by Russian forces and fighting between remaining ISIS forces and Syrian Army forces, civilians are fleeing the heavily damaged town of Arobster at an alarming pace. UNITAF forces are positioned to provide aid and relocate refugees to camps, whilst supporting the SNA in dealing with one of ISIS's final and largest civilian held strongholds in the region.

Supporting Assets
Local SNA Forces in the area, Russian forces to the North East.
Enemy Forces
ISIS forces are under equipped due to them no longer having a supply route to this sector. Intel from russian forces expect light to medium firefighting on the ground, with a heavy use of traps, IEDs, RPGs and marksman. There is the potential of technicals, we do not expect any armour. Enemy is unlikely to retreat and the use of suicidal tactics is to be expected. Any reinforcement is likely to come from the hills and caves to the south east.
Mission
TaskingFirst objective: A - Rendezvous with the local SNA forces and meet with the commander for a situational update on the ao. Second Objective: B - Help civilians escape from the city of Arobster towards the SNA by pushing past the SNA Front lines and attacking the city. C - Capture all known military objectives in Arobster D - Secure the person of interest as they are vital for intelligence. Third Objective: E - Secure a corden around the known chemical site DO NOT ENTER IT as you could be exposed. We need to find out how much of the city is affected.
End-state
Arobster is secure and the civilian refugees evacuated
Execution
Commander's IntentThe purpose of this mission is to sweep one of the last remaining civilian districts occupied by ISIS. The rural town of Arobster is to be cleared and handed to SNA forces. Our purpose is to signpost all civilians to refugee camps and dismantle the last remaining military installations around the town of Arobster. Finally, we will secure a chemical weapons leak for weapons inspectors, and capture a ISIS Commander.

Medical
Civilians and refugees should be directed immediately to the aid post in Afsher away from the shelling and fighting. CCPs will be located no further than 400m behind the front-line where applicable. CCPs for Phase 2-3 will be communicated in the latter phases. The primary means of MEDEVAC is by ground based ambulance units and then by air.
