Fireteam Leader
Tier II Combat Leadership Role
The Fireteam Leader's mantra is "Follow me and do as I do". They are the most combat-oriented leader position on the battlefield, and leads their fireteam from the front while acting as the example that his team members will follow.Explore >>
Squad Leader
Tier III Combat Leadership Role
The squad leader has similar responsibilities to the fireteam leader, except instead of controlling individual players, they control entire fireteams. They are tasked with leading their squad in accordance with the platoon commander's intent and direction, as well as coordinating laterally with their fellow squads. The squad leader's motto is to "Lead from the front", since they know that they cannot direct their fireteams most efficiently if they cannot observe their movements and combat.Explore >>
Infantry Team Leader
Tier III Combat Leadership Role
The Infantry Team Leader is a unqiue role utilised in non-SOP deployments whereby an Infantry team is operating in a non-standard team which is larger than a Fireteam but smaller than a standard Infantry Rifle Squad. Specific examples are in typically 8 man teams with either a single fireteam leader or none at all. ITLs can command either a Rifle Team or a Weapons Team, depending on the circumstances.Explore >>
SF Team Leader
Tier IV Qualified Combat Leadership Role
A special forces team leader leads a sub team of a special operations unit. Due to the nature of special operations, the SF Team Leader is a very experienced leader and is expected to exhibit good tactical decision making, quick thinking and sound execution under pressure.
As with other special operations units, the SF Team Leader is primarily a special forces operator, inheriting the advanced equipment and weapons of all special forces units, and unlike regular forces – given a somewhat wider scope to use their own discretion while tasked with performing the most complex, classified, and dangerous missions directed.Explore >>
