Pre-enlistment Ranks

Applicants are those who have officially submitted an enlistment application to join UNITAF, but whom have not yet completed a self-induction and who have not had their application accepted. Applicants will either be rejected or accepted as Candidates.

Candidates are probationary members whose applications have been accepted and induction completed, but have not attended a Recruit Intake. At Recruit Intake, Candidates go through UNITAF basic Core Infantry Practice and at the will either be accepted as a recruit, or discharged.
