Campaign Operation Cannonball

General utility for managing inventories and supplies

Tested working on a dedicated server and other groups

Within the next couple of month in campaign context, as soon as approved for general utility

None that add this dedicated feature directly

Which CBA Settings should this start with (if any)

force force etr_transfer_transfer_timeFactor = 0.6; to be added to sever settings to avoid abuse

Ace and CBA

Is there J6/7 action required before we can use this?

Possibly add to FM for documenting use but not required
