Hello all,

Over the past seven years, UNITAF has built an impressive platform for feedback and analysis, with now well over 31,000 After Action Reports submitted to date. Your input has been vital, helping us refine and grow. This year we also released the UNITAF Roadmap, to further help collate and prioritise our ideas.

As we enter the new year, it’s time for our 7th Annual Survey, an opportunity for you to share your top-level feedback and ideas directly with Central Command and a chance to influence our direction for 2026 and beyond.

Our priorities for 2026 will in a large part be based on the feedback we receive in this form. We will, on an overarching level, continue our work to provide high-quality operations and a system surrounding it to support community engagement. It is for this reason we have implemented the CSU and the many improvements to our operations and and training policies and processes over the last year - not least through the deployment of the Future Training System - and we will continue to make further improvements to these systems as we learn and grow.

One of the bigger missions for UNITAF in the year to come is to explore the opportunities in Reforger, and lay the groundworks for a future transition to Arma 4. OC is already well underway investigating how we can make this transition as smooth as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and ideas. Your voice matters, and we’re eager to hear it.

The closing date for submissions is 23:59 UTC on 19 February 2026.

Please note:
  • This is not mandatory, but it is appreciated
  • The survey is not anonymous and you must submit a valid UNITAF ID in your submission
  • All active and non-active force members, past and present can take part
  • You should be able to go back to and edit your response up until the deadline date
  • If duplicate submissions are recieved for the same person, you will be contacted by a member of Central Command for validation
  • Only myself and LtCol James will see the individual entries of the survey, but I as in previous years - we will share overall findings of the survey.
