Medical:
Surgery
A new way to treat fractured patients instead of using PAKs
Can be done while patient is unconscious

A lot faster in ideal scenarios than PAKs, slightly slower in suboptimal scenarios.
With these changes PAK will no longer be changeable to in field, and will always be in medical vehicle or facility and carried by CMT/MERT
