Training Command are pleased to announce significant progress with the Field Training System (FTS) implementation. Thanks to our contributors thus far, the Anti-Vehicle and Medical practice areas are now active within FTS, with special thanks to those who have participated in the KAT Medical training sessions. This training has been crucial as we have been integrating the new medical system into operations.
Progress and Next Steps
Building on the success and feedback from these initial areas, we are moving forward with the development of additional practice areas. Marksmanship and Core Infantry are currently under development. Given the adjustments we've made from the initial rollout, Marksmanship specifically is almost in release condition. We're now prepared to release practice areas based on readiness rather than a fixed sequence and this flexible approach will allow us to better respond to feedback and make timely improvements.
What are the Force Manual Development Groups (FMDGs)
FMDGs are the specialided teams we task with developing and refining each combat area within the Force Manual and FTS system. Each group works on creating comprehensive doctrine and training guidelines based on current best practices and the input of subject matter experts. FMDGs play a critical role in ensuring that our training and operational standards are both effective and up-to-date. Today we're going to create discord threads FMDGs for all remaining combat areas and commence work on those at whatever pace possible.

Combat Areas for Immediate Development
Future Plans
Our goal is to transition all combat areas to the FTS by the end of 2024. While we aim for a steady pace, the actual implementation dates will be thoughtfully chosen by the Training Command and Central Command to synchronize with other initiatives. The pace of development for each CA depends significantly on volunteer involvement. Areas lacking volunteer support may face delays. This is a unique opportunity to influence and accelerate the development of practices that matter to you.
Thank you all for your contributions so far. We are committed to keeping you updated as we progress with the FTS and look forward to achieving full implementation.
