The following policies have been updated:

The relevant changes are:

  • Commanding Officer (CO CC): The role and authority of the Commanding Officer have been clarified.
  • Executive Officer (XO CC): The role of the Executive Officer has been defined.
  • Chairman (CM CC): The role of the Chairman has been introduced and elaborated.

Reserved Matters:

The Chairman is been granted specific authorities regarding key decisions:

  • Sole Authority: To appoint a Commanding Officer and to appoint their own successor.
  • Consultation and approval: The Chairman must be consulted and must approve changes to the Code of Conduct and any major shifts in the unit’s identity, mission, vision, or strategic direction.

These changes are effective immediately and are intended to provide a clearer structure and governance within Central Command, ensuring that all strategic and operational decisions are aligned with the unit’s mission and values.
