Scope of change:
- Removal of voice activation policy
- Addition of confidentiality clause
- Reformatting for readability improvements
- Codifying items via Articles
Purpose of change:
The Voice Activation policy is removed as it has not needed to be enforced over many years and therefore is deemed no longer required in policy.
Article 5 has been added as a confidentiality clause to set expectation around the handling of confidential information within the Chain of Command. This has been implemented in addition to protect real-world identification without the permission of the subject.
While reviewing these articles, structural improvements have been made for readability, clarity and navigation - each item has been codified for easy reference.
