Situation
Background InformationThree-star rating: ☆little to none expected ☆☆decent amount expected ☆☆☆Heavy emphasis / main focus of Operation Expected Level of Combat : ☆ Expected Level of RP: ☆ Expected Difficulty: ☆ WARNING: SHORT MISSION! --- After Titan element was ambushed and neutralized, command went on a hunt to find the ones responsible for the leak. Units have gathered information on several missions, including gaining access to and as a consequence wire-tapping several phones belonging to the cartel, the government and guerrillas. One of the wiretaps provided us with vital intelligence that an informant is about to meet their employer at the “usual” meeting place, the place later confirmed by gaining access to documents from a cartel hideout, of it being the old castle on the island. At the same time, the same papers provided evidence of more moles in the government, but intelligence on those are scarce. Knowing the meeting place and time, command green lit an elimination mission on the target.

Tasks and Sequencing
*See map tab for planops map overview* phase 1 - Insertion ALL CALLSIGNS travel from POB Eddie to IDAP Warehouse via road. ALL CALLSIGNS progress into sector 2 wp1 phase 2 - Clearing Firing position ALL CALLSIGNS to stealthily eliminate guards within sector 2. This will be lead by STORM however sniper callsigns THUNDER and LIGHTENING will provide overwatch and potentially need to eliminate guards themselves. Once the sector is clear without detection the mission can proceed to phase 3. phase 3 - Setup Sniper teams THUNDER and LIGHTENING setup at OP2 and OP3, gaining oversight into the meeting place (castle) and identifying the targets. STORM moves to wp2 and sets an ambush (including charges) on AP Zulu. phase 4 - Execution Ideal: THUNDER and LIGHTENING eliminate targets simultaneously Backup: STORM ambushes targets attempting to leave the target zone Optional: Based on intelligence gathered in the field STORM may attempt to breach the castle to gather any available intel with THUNDER and LIGHTENING in overwatch phase 5 - Exfil ALL CALLSIGNS will retreat to either ENDEX at the research lab or FOB Eddie
