Situation

Expected Level of Combat : ☆☆☆ Expected Level of RP: ☆ Expected Difficulty: ☆☆ Three-star rating: ☆ Little to none expected ☆☆ Decent amount expected ☆☆☆ Heavy emphasis / main focus of Operation Following a prolonged stalemate, the three forces involved in the war over Altis, AAF, NATO and CSAT reached an agreement resulting in the withdrawal of NATO and CSAT elements allowing the AAF to re-establish control of the island. IDAP subsequently deployed to restore essential services and conduct UXO clearance operations. Earlier today, an IDAP senior field coordinator was captured by FIA elements during a relief convoy north of Kavala and was last observed being moved toward Oreokastro. FIA have since issued demands for the AAF to demilitarize, a course of action that is untenable and will not be accepted. Enemy Forces
There is limited intelligence on enemy strength due to ongoing post-conflict recovery and constrained resources. Available reports indicates the enemy is established in the northwestern mountain range and has primarily employed technicals. More recently, they have demonstrated the capability to field APCs.

Mission

Tasking
Locate and rescue the IDAP personnel. Additional tasking is to deal as much damage to FIA as possible

End-state
Idap personnel and returned to the Airbase safely

Execution

Commander's Intent
The purpose of this mission is to get the IDAP coordinator back safely and dismantle FIA operations in the area as much as possible.

Tasks and Sequencing
Griffin will be inserted via helicopter to the IDAP coordinators last know position. from there we will move north with Falcon feeding intel. All POIs will be approached on weapons control state Orange unless stated otherwise. Oreakastro and Thronos Castle are deep within FIA controlled territory so contact should be expected from all sides. Falcons air cover should give us ample time to respond to any threats. Once the IDAP coordinator and any possible colleauges have been recovered we will break contact and call in helicopter extraction at a suitable position to be determined in field. falcon will be tasked to bomb any FIA strongpoints after we've confirmed no civilian presence in the surroundings.

Administration/Logistics

Resupply
This operation will be conducted on foot and in mountainous terrain, GRIFFIN should pack accordingly. Ressuply will be conducted by helicopter airlift and may take some time so calling supply status early is vital. Falcon element can land at the main airfield and contact the airfield operations officer for Rearm, Repair and Refuel.

Medical
In case of masscas Squad medics will perform CASEVAC using transport called in by Griffin 1 actual through crossroads. (PAK in Field)

We have no capability to bring back EPWs.
