Situation

Background Information

Operation Tangent had it's hiccups but it was still a success nevertheless, shocking photos of what happened to the IDAP workers and local villagers have pushed our government to classify the Republic of Abramia as a rogue state and the Abramian Cartel is now considered a terrorist organization.

We've been given the green light by our government and our allies to expand operations in the area including the arrival of a carrier attack group to support us in aerial operations

If the situation keeps escalating, there are talks of bringing in more troops but for now, you are tasked to continue focusing on crippling the cartel's main operations in Isla Abramia.

Local police are friendly to us when bribed
1x AH-1Z and 2x F/A-181 Black Wasp II equipped with bombing capabilities are on stand by in case they are needed to support ground forces if anything goes wrong

Enemy Forces

Abramian Cartel consists of light vehicles, static anti-personnel weaponry, and infantry.

Abramian National Guard consists of light medium and armored vehicles, anti-aircraft vehicles, infantry, helicopters, static weaponry, anti aircraft weaponry, and the possibility of soviet era jets.

Mission

Tasking

UNITAF Forces are to continue south disrupting military installations belonging to the Abramian National Guard, freeing rebel captives to gain favor with the rebel leadership, and kidnapping an official believed to have intel on a rumored nuclear program

• Primary Objectives
  • Neutralize both Anti Air positions to allow us to call in air support when needed.
  • Rescue the rebels out of Focha Base
  • Evacuate the rebels to the friendly nearby rebel Celebici camp.
• Secondary Objectives
  • Kidnap government official
  • Find and destroy local drug warehouses to cripple cartel operations
  • Destroy the nearby Focha helicopter base if it's deemed to be a big risk.

End-state
What is the desired end-state? i.e. where should the friendly force be in the event of mission completion or mission failure?
