Situation

Background Information
US-SOCOM has been tasked with liberating the NE island of cartel influence, civilian informants reported missing familiy members inhabiting the island and large amounts of goods being transported away from said Island, indicating either a retreat or a ramp-up of production. Campsite "Sleeper" has been established on the Northern side of the island and is to be utilized as the main staging area.

-Flush out Cartel Influence from NE Island --RECCE Island at break of Dawn, find OPFOR positions --Strike and seize previously recce'd positions at opportune time --Hand over island to local Rebels

Endstate at retreat of OPFOR or liberation of island, ENDEX at Campsite "Sleeper"

Execution

Commander's Intent
Intent is to conduct recce of target island under stealth and civilian cover until teams are ready to perform a strike on recce'd targets.

Tasks and Sequencing
Hotel Actual and Hotel 1-1 will move out undercover to the settlement of Skelter. The teams will recon the town and any cartel presence without alerting anyone to the presence of a SPECOPS team. Intelligence will be received from the informant located in the town. Hotel 1-2 will move out under stealth to perform recce of a cartel compound and Selvar cartel facility. If Line-Of-Sight permits, charges may also be placed on a key MSR to the West of Selvar. Once recon is complete both teams will rendezvous and assault cartel targets together. Phasing and objective order is intelligence-dependant and will be decided during the mission.
