Situation

Background Information
Over the past months the cartel has been feeling the effects of our activities on their operations. We have managed to disrupt some of the key supply and distribution resources and weaken the power structure behind the military organisation backing them. Now it’s time to go after them where it will hurt the most, the money. As with any crime organisation the cartel relies on moving vast sums of money all over the world. They are aided by a network of banks and financial institutions, most of which have no idea that they are helping a cartel launder money because the cartels employ professional financial experts, or “laundrymen”. Over the last couple of weeks our intelligence network has been tracking a very wealthy and well connected American businessman, Richard Wong - Codename: Laundry. We believe he may be the direct link between the cartel and the money laundering organisation run by Clarisa Falls, El Banco.Laundry’s private yacht arrived off the coast of Abramia three days ago. The USS Ohio nuclear submarine has been trailing the yacht and listening to its communications. We have reason to believe that Laundry will be coming ashore to meet with members of the cartel. If we can verify that he meets with cartel members we want to capture him. This may be the only chance we have to connect the cartel with the suspected landrymen; LAUNDRY MUST BE CAPTURED ALIVE.
