Situation
This section is filled in by the Campaign or Operation Creator

What is the premise of the mission? Why is your unit where it is, and what's happening around it? What is the big picture?
What kind of force is the friendly unit, how large and what type of makeup and composition?
What kind of forces friendly or independent (if any) are supporting you, or are present in the area of operations?
What kind of forces makeup and support does the enemy have? What is the enemy expected to do?

Mission
This section is filled in by the Campaign or Operation Creator

What is the unit tasked with doing?
What is the desired end-state? i.e. where should the friendly force be in the event of mission completion or mission failure?

Execution
This section is filled in by the Field Leader

What is the commanders intent?

How will the mission be conducted? Scheme of Maneuver, tasks, etc. How will the unit get to the end state?

Administration/Logistics
This section is filled in by the Field Leader

Are there any special instructions or requirements for ammo or logistics packages (LOGPAKs)? If not, leave this blank.

Are there any special instructions or requirements for medevac, medical proceedures or casualty collection points (CCPs)? If not, leave this blank.

Are there any special rules for dealing with Enemy Prisoners of War (EPWs)? Or any non-standard alterations to the Rules of Engagement? If not, leave this blank

Is fire support available? Artillery, naval gunfire, et cetera? If so, list it - if not, leave this blank.

Is close air support available? If so, list it, if not - leave this blank.

Command/Signal

Are there any special rules or considerations that must be made for communications? For example - special radio rules or loadouts, smoke or flare colors and meanings, etc. If there are no special rules, leave this blank.
