Execution
Commander's IntentWe are tasked to transport supplies from Tarnów Supply base to Łuków Airbase in order to deny loss of equipment and intelligence, in addition to preventing loss of overall army combat effectiveness in case of Russian provocations. Our platoon is in addition tasked to confirm that civilians are evacuating in a safe and orderly manner from our area of responsibility in compliance with evacuation orders. This is to prevent any loss of civilian lives should Russia engage in any provocations.
Tasks and Sequencing
BEAR will assemble at Tarnów Supply base, departing at our earliest convenience after supplies have been loaded onto our Tumak-2s. PATROL ORDER OF MARCH: BEAR 1, BEAR 9, BEAR 2 PATROL ROUTE: SP: Tarnów Supply base WP1: Kolembrody WP2: Brena - convoy will make a temporary stop at the church WP3: Glmiska WP4: Łuków - convoy will make a temporary stop in the centre of town RV: Łuków Airbase - arrival latest at STARTEX + 0300H. SUPPLIES: Electronics, graded and ungraded documents, radios and radio encryption equipment, spare parts. NOTES The patrol will make planned stops in Brena and Łuków in order to speak with remaining civilians. It is essential that all soldiers in contact with civilians urge them to comply with evacuation orders. This includes explaining the necessity of the evacuation and pointing them towards the shuttles arranged from Sobótka. If civilians are able to arrange own transportation, they must be headed southwest out of the region. Northbound and Eastbound traffic must be discouraged at all costs. Special care must be given to civilians with no own evacuation plans. Under no circumstances must civilians be forced to evacuate. We have no mandate to use force to influence civilian behaviour. Additional temporary stops may be arranged should the need arise. Expect a lot of traffic around Łuków Airbase. Due to the increased threat levels, all elements in the region have been ordered to transport sensitive supplies, intelligence and equipment to Łuków Airbase. Supplies are expected to be FURTHER transported out of the area by air. IN CASE OF ESCALATION OF TENSIONS OR PROVOCATIONS FROM THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, BEAR WILL RENDEZVOUS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AT Łuków Airbase FOR FURTHER TASKING.
