--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---
Situation
Background InformationDuring the recent resurgence of insurgent activity in the region, USSOCOM have uncovered intelligence regarding a potential tunnel system within the mountains of western Reshmaan. Due to this concern, a company from the newly-formed Afghan National Army has been tasked with assaulting this position in order to flush out as many Taliban fighters and installations as possible, leaving these tunnels open for further attack.

Enemy Forces
Due to the terrain, the enemy force consists primarily of well-entrenched infantry and light vehicles.
Mission
Tasking1) Assault the mountains in order to flush out any insurgent fighters within the region. 2) Destroy any enemy troops, positions or caches. 3) Fallback to friendly lines.
End-state
1) Insurgent fighters are successfully drawn out from their positions. 2) The enemy have been suppressed or destroyed. 3) Friendly forces have withdrawn from the battle.
Execution
Commander's IntentThe purpose of the mission is to supress enemy resistance in the mountains using the American air support to draw them out. Civilian presence expected in the strongholds in Sector A and C.
Tasks and Sequencing
on all sectors, the Intend is to keep the platoons parallel. Sector A On startex FOX will move to hill 2246 to as a BOF for GROUNDHOG, once GROUNDHOG has entered the Eastern part of town, FOX will move in from the south. After the stronghold is secure, each platoon will move to their respective objectives. Sector B Depending on the stronghold size in Sector B,GROUNDHOG will assist with clearing, or bypass the stronghold to screen the south and west for FOX. Sector C Sector C is much of the same, however the last Stronghold objective will be split in 2, FOX clearing the north, GROUNDHOG clearing the southern section of the town. civilians expected on this objective. ResupplyLOGPAKs will provided by American Chinooks. Coordinated by EAGLE 7 & 8.
