Situation

Background Information
The Polish 15th Mechanized Brigade together with 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade and 6th Airborne Brigade are tasked with pushing back Russian forces in the area of Adamów and Radacz all the way to the Jantar lake and secure the crossing across the Biela River, while the friendly troops of the 1 Podlaska Territorial Defense Brigade will put pressure on Olszanka.

Friendly Forces
15th Mechanized Brigade / BRAVO 9
  • [1x] Infantry Squad / BRAVO 1
  • [2x] IFV Section - KTO Rosomak / BRAVO 2
  • [1x] Combat Support Element / GEORGE 4
10th Armored Cavalry Brigade / BRAVO 3
  • [1x] Leopard 2PL
6th Airborne Brigade / ARCHER 5-1
  • [1x] Mi-24

Supporting Assets
The 1 Podlaska Territorial Defense Brigade will be conducting an attack on Olszanka from the South and East to preoccupy enemy forces. If needed the 23 Silesian Artillery Regiment stationed in Kryśnik can provide artillery support on request.

Enemy Forces
Enemy forces in the area consist of Motor Rifle Troops (MSV - Моторизо́ванные стрелко́вые войска), Tank Troops (TV - Моторизо́ванные стрелко́вые войска) with the logistical support (MTO - Материально-техническое обеспечение) positions north of Radacz. Enemy has been launching probing attacks, and attempting encirclement of the city of Topolin, and therefore did not set up significant defensive positions.

Mission

Tasking
BRAVO 9 objective is to attack, clear out and take over towns of Adamów and Radacz, as well as take control of the MSR leading to the bridge on the Biela River, where defensive positions will be built.

End-state
The Opposing Force should be pushed back north of the Biela River, preventing them from posing significant threat of encirclement to the city of Topolin.

Execution

Commander's Intent
The intent of this mission is to counterattack Russian TV troops in order to preventing the isolation of Topolin. Decisive objective is to seize Adamów, with Radacz being a secondary priority. Capture of Adamów means Topolin is safe from isolation for the time being. Capture of Radacz ensures no further Russian advances south of Biela River.

Tasks and Sequencing
