Background Information

FOUNDATION MTF MOBILISATION ORDER

MTF: Ψ-13 "Witch Hunters"

Following the recent Foundation strike on Site M01 [operated by GoI-0432 'THE HUNTERS BLACK LODGE'], analysts have been attempting to retrieve usable information from documents and hard drives collected by MTF operatives. Whilst much of the data is either encrypted or damaged (indeed in the case of operative M████, partially digested by particularly powerful enzymes), there are multiple references to a local airfield. The codes used by The Lodge when referencing this airfield are particularly complex, suggesting it is vital to their operations in some fashion. Utilising local satellite imagery, we have a candidate which we believe is the airfield in question; activity around the site increased dramatically immediately following Operation Lost Lamb. Since we found no signs of our missing agent during the first strike, operatives are reminded to keep watchful for any. Designated Site M02, Ψ-13 is directed to assemble a unit to investigate the airfield and wrest any further information possible from The Lodge on their activities and plans. If they mean to extract vital information or materials, it is imperative that we prevent them. Friendly Forces
1x Heavy Infiltration Squad of MTF Ψ-13. Snowmobiles provided for ingress. Helicopter support on standby for egress if required.

Supporting Assets
Independents: Russian regular military forces are stationed in the region primarily to the West. We are not to interfere or allow them to know of Foundation presence.

Enemy Forces
GoI-0432 mobilises regular ground infantry composed of recruited (willingly or otherwise) cultists to defend their various positions and conduct their illegal activities. During our last strike on Site M01 we found them to be competently equipped with a mix of soviet-era and modern small arms and other gear. The Black Lodge's principal installations are also defended by SCP-2408-1; these are augmented otherwise-normal human beings with extraordinary capabilities in combat, survivability and regeneration. They are also capable of complete, reversible transfiguration into a variety of forms. The Black Lodge are also known for utilising other anomalous items and entities in defence of their property. The MTF will be provided with equipment capable of detecting various known anomalous signatures, but it can struggle to detect signatures we have yet to encounter.
