Situation

Background Information
An industrial incident occurred in one of the petrol treatment facilities in the area. Whilst material damage of the event has been limited to the treatment facility, this resulted in an environmental incident as petroleum particulates have spread out all over the region. This has resulted in the contamination of all above ground water supply and put a strain on the local food production. Following the last escort two days ago that resulted in an active firefight within civilian homes, a new procedure for escort of IDAP personnel is established. This is a Peacekeeping mission, contact is not expected. Players are expected to actively engage with civilians to gather information. Mission is expected to last up to 2 hours. Mission will use the Section Doctrine Trial, for questions please contact the Field Leader

Friendly Forces
RANGER Platoon is deployed at FOB Nauzad. Assisted by a Medical Detachment and Engineering detachment. RANGER 1 is deployed and has available 3x M-ATV Transport MRAP

We are supported by a NATO detachment deployed at Landay Airfield IDAP's Base of operation is also situated at Landay Airfield. Local Military is operating within FOB Obeh

Reported independent groups of looters and smugglers. Expected size of between 5 and 10. Equipped with small arms, hand and rifle grenades as well as technicals

Mission

Tasking
RANGER 1 is tasked to escort IDAP personnel along during transport and delivery of supplies.

End-state
IDAP deliveries complete and RANGER 1 returned to FOB Nauzad.

Execution

Commander's Intent
My intent is to form a convoy and deliver the requested supplies towards towns requiring them. and then get the IDAP personel out of the town. while providing as much aid as possible

Tasks and Sequencing
PHASE 0 ALL CALLSIGNS ready for last minute brief 5 min after start ex. Standard convoy formation wil be : RANGER 1 Bravo Sierra 4 RANGER 1 Alpha Each element being in a M-ATV. Step off wil be no later then 10 min past start ex. And we wil follow Route Blackberry Towards Airbase. PHASE 1 Sierra 4 Will switch to 2x transport vehicles at airbase and load up the correct amount of pallets in each truck 1st truck 2x water , 1x Medical supply's 2nd truck 2x Food, 1x Once the truck loaded we wil form up in the Standard convoy formation. and follow Route Blackberry past the town of Landay we wil follow Route Cucumber and stop at the Nauden Distribution Point. Dropping of 1x Water. And helping out the local populace. After completion we wil continue following Route Cucumber towards the town of Miam where we coordinate with IDAP to where place the required supply and help out the populace and gather intelligence After completion we wil continue following Route Cucumber towards the town of Murabat where we coordinate with IDAP to where place the required supply and help out the populace and gather intelligence. After completion we wil continue following Route Cucumber towards the town of Bum where we coordinate with IDAP to where place the required supply and help out the populace and gather intelligence. After completion we wil go back to our base to get ready for the next tasking we will follow Route Cucumber but then follow route Route Mango back to main MSR and then follow Route Blackberry towards the airbase. PHASE 2 At the Airbase we wil refuel out vehicles and Sierra 4 will prepare the next vehicles with 1 truck and 1 transport vehicle 1st truck 1x water , 1x Food. 2nd vehicle Provide transport for 3 IDAP members Once every element is ready we will follow the Route Blackberry After the town of Landay we wil follow the Route Mango until we reach Gorqan Distribution Point where we drop of the IDAP and supplies and helping the populace and gather intelligence. Once completed we will follow Route Mango and then Route Blackberry towards the airbase where we dropof the IDAP vehicles and personel and reform our formation back to the barracks following Route Blackberry
