Situation

Background Information
Special forces conduct a hostage rescue on two locations to capture a prisoner held by the taliban.

Friendly Forces
2x Wildcat Attack/Transport Helicopters 2x SF teams

Enemy Forces
Insurgent, as with the rest of the campaign. Expect asymmetric fighting

rescue the hostage, eliminate OPFOR within the targets

Tasks and Sequencing
While we are aware of a hostage held by insurgents within the AO we are unclear as to which location they are held at. Therefore ALL CALLSIGNS will conduct a simultaneous raid to ensure the hostage isn't moved if we hit the wrong objective first. Therefore NIGHTHAWK 1-1 and NIGHTHAWK 1-2 will assault objectives LIGHT and DARK, inserting in RAVEN and SKYLARK respectively. We are aiming for shock and awe rather than stealth in this assault with time being of the essence. If forces within the objectives realise the rescue is underway they may use the hostage as a well... hostage and extraction will be complicated. Bring suitable kit to disarm any hostiles hiding behind hostages (stun grenades etc.) Any QRF outside the objectives will meet extreme force from RAVEN and SKYLARK. While NIGHTHAWK 1-1 and NIGHTHAWK 1-2 are to assault with haste NIGHTHAWK 1 is the only reserves available to rapidly reinforce should you get into trouble so while a spare medic is available be aware of this. This is not envisaged to be a long mission so lets get in, get out and get our hostage home
