Friendly Forces
9DIV, II/JR65 (9th Division, 2COY, Infantry Regiment 65) Lightly equipped infantry squad reinforced with static MGs and AT guns, supplemented by makeshift AT weapons.
Supporting Assets
No friendly reinforcements are to be expected due to the gravity of the situation and 9th Div being stretched to the limit. Majority of the Infantry Regiments have endured severe casualties and have been reorganized into imporvised battegroups, and most of the divisions artillery has been destroyed due to excessive barrel wear, repelling the 163rd Infantry Division few weeks prior.
Enemy Forces
The well equipped 44th "Blue" Infantry Division, consisting of mostly UkrSSR troops, reinforced by a seperate tank battalion.
Mission
TaskingStop the main assault of the 44th infantry division at all costs, but preservation of friendly life is at upmost importance, as the casualties in the last few weeks of battle have been unacceptable.
End-state
Soviet army stopped at Defensive line "ässä", with the element still mostly combat effective.
