--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---
Situation
Background InformationAfter a decisive strike on Malden by NATO, we have identified their target of interest, an old military research that has been abandoned for years. Our intel has confirmed the presence of support units having occupied the area and beginning to setup a facility. Whatever they are trying to dig up from there, we'll need to get to it before they extract it.
Five-Star Rating System
Combat Intensity:☆☆☆Roleplay Emphasis:☆Difficulty:☆☆☆
Friendly Forces
After heavy fighting during the NATO invasion, BEAR Platoon has managed to find a time to regroup and get new Pandur 2 vehicles for the squads. Platoon HQ will be assigned 1x Fennek. Attached with a Recon Section to assist in recon during their push and BADGER Support Section to maintain the momentum. BEAR 3 will be assigned Fenneks for mobility across the AO. BADGER has been authorised the use of unarmed ground and aerial drone to provide support and casualty evacuation.
Supporting Assets
AAF are still conducting skirmishes in the area. BEAR's operation will be timed following a feint attack on the East flank with what remains of our heavy assets to draw as much enemy reinforcements as possible. Due to this attack, we will have limited forces available on the Western Flank and will be unable to provide any quick reinforcements to BEAR if requested.
Enemy Forces
NATO Forces have occupied the northern part of Malden. Most of their forces are air assault or airborne formations, though we expect more heavy forces may have landed after they took control of the airport.
Mission
TaskingPush through the Western flank of NATO positions and reach the old military research complex, recovering or destroying any key equipment or material found by NATO.
End-state
BEAR is expected to complete their primary objective, if unable to complete the objective, they are to execute raid retreat and execute an organised retreat towards friendly forces.
Execution
Commander's IntentMy intent is to do a quick Assault where speed and efficiency are key factors.
