Friendly Forces
LION 1 QRF Squad with EOD capabilities able to deploy within 5 minutes WATCHMAN 3 Will provide real-time ISR and will remain at base and will operate a Global Hawk UAV- This has been loaned to us from the Danish, so only 1x is available. (expect downtime and lots of looking through a camera) SPARROW 4 Will have accses to AW101 (Transport) and Bell 142 (Utillity)
Supporting Assets
2x Norwegian coast guard frigates are operating in the OA Infantry forces based at strategic airbases and ports. Additional reinforcements are available from NDA Finnish forces from Odin. Forces are land-based but can be transported by air via SPARROW 4 if required.
Enemy Forces
At present, we are aware of a significant incursion by an unknown enemy into Norwegian territory. They have utilised the following equipment and tactics: -PMC style organisation utilising white camo and Russian-style weapons -False flag operations using civilian clothing and settlements. -Electronic jamming -FPV Drones -Chemical warfare.
Mission
TaskingThe exact situation LION 1 will encounter is unknown. However, your priorities are as follows. 1. Preserve life. 2. Eliminate the threat. 3. Evacuate civilians WATCHMAN 3 Will provide ISR over LION 1 SPARROW 4 Will be tasked with Troop insertion, repositioning, and CASVAC/Civilian evacuation to Hansvoll hospital
Execution
Commander's IntentIntent is to rescue the civilians and eliminate any threats.
Tasks and Sequencing
Due to the nature of the operation there will be no pre-plannned movements Countermeasures to enemy actions Everyone will be carrying gas masks and filters in preparation for gas attacks, enemy is known to use chemical weapons. Medical personell will be carrying spare gas masks for civilians Enemy is known to use drone attacks, maximize spacing In the case of jamming, make use of signal plan in Considerations
Administration/Logistics
ResupplySparrow will be carrying emergency supplies
Medical
Medical support will be conducted in field (PAK in Field) AI UNCON is on injured civilians are to be stabilized and Medevaced by Sparrow to the hospital in Hansvoll First priority is making sure combat forces are able to keep fighting, then any injured and/or unconscious civilians are to be stabilized. Deceased civilians will be left for cleanup forces
