--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---
Situation
Background InformationLast night an ISAF convoy carrying munitions from ISAF FOB Ishaqi was ambushed en-route to ANA Forward Outpost Lidash, a QRF sent via Helicopter managed to retrieve 2 WIA, 1 FPOW and 3 KIA from the area of operations. With the QRF back inside the wire, our focus now turns onto locating those responsible for the attack. Our only lead comes from intelligence gathered from our POW who was held captive by insurgents allied with IS fighters early this morning east of Rasheed. Our intel suggests that the bomb maker is an affluent resident of Al Slahiya and as such, command has re-routed our planned convoy of today, north to investigate on what will be guised as a routine hearts and minds mission.
