Situation

Background Information
The Uniashi Maru is the new standard in leadership stress-testing, presenting an impossible scenario to established leadership in order to gauge their reaction and response to a severely deteriorating situation. By monitoring their performance and offering constructive feedback, we build upon core leadership skills and offer the chance to practice in the face of overwhelming odds. The scenario takes place as the US and Russia teeter on the brink of war. An established DMZ between Russian and US territory in Takistan serves as the only buffer between lethal engagement, and any side entering would see the opposing side declare war. A routine unarmed Blackhawk patrol has suffered a catastrophic engine malfunction and crash-landed in the DMZ. The crew are severely injured and will die without immediate assistance. Armed local insurgents have been spotted leaving nearby settlements and creeping toward the crash site, presumably to salvage whatever they can. A nearby US Army detachment occupying a patrol base has been made aware of the situation, and decides on a course of action...
