--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---
Situation
Background InformationWar is rife across Europe and World War Two is in full swing. Allied forces are fighting for control of fronts all over the world. In Baranow, Poland - Axis forces control all the north, fortified well in preparation for ally advances through the area and control all water crossings. With heavy bunkers and anti-tank guns in key locations along the river, this has completely stopped the Allied advance through Poland. This must change. The Axis forces operate an airfield to the north east of the region and have occupied most of the towns with checkpoints along the main roads making travel by road difficult. Our forces will conduct a daring night raid, with US Infantry Paracuting behind enemy lines to clear the path of AT Guns and AA positions for US Armored Divisions and Air Forces standing by in the South, culminating in the assault and capture of Bogoryja Airfield providing a strategic position for our advances.

Friendly Forces
1x Airborne Infantry Company 1x Armoued Company
Supporting Assets
Additional friendly forces are present throughout the south, with Allied artillery shelling northern positions throughout the night.
Enemy Forces
The Wehrmacht Armoured Divisions and their infantry support have fallen back to Swiniary due to heavy bombardment by Allied artillery throughout the night, infantry are believed to be in the forest north and south of Zawidza after vacating Dlugoleka. Heavily fortified positions still exist in Gagolin, preventing our advance, and we've been unable to hit the airfield thus far, but at least a Squadron of fighter bombers operate there.
Mission
TaskingInfiltrate the Axis territory, destroy AA and Bunker positions to allow US Armor to cross the river assault and capture the northern airfield while repelling expected western counter-attacks from the Wehrmacht.
End-state
Hold the Airfield.
Execution
Commander's IntentThe purpose of this mission is to position under darkness behind enemy lines to recon, plan and neutralise enemy positions preventing our advances through Gagolin. After linking up with US Armoured Divisions, we will repel any enemy counter-attacks and go-firm in, after capturing the northern Airfield.
