Operation Brimstone (2014), Once More Into the Breach

Situation

Background Information
We recently gathered intel pointing towards one of the last ISIS strongholds in the region. Due to their leadership being fractured and mostly dysfunctional, and the compounding issue of them struggling to arm themselves, we have been tasked to cripple ISIS from their last key foundation: Funding. A drugs lab has been discovered in the Southern region, which is manufacturing illicit substances to help fund ISIS. Our key tasking is to destroy the drugs labs, capture anyone suspected of manufacturing the drugs, and push out ISIS forces from the stronghold nearby. Additionally, an increase in IED presence in the region requires us to sweep the roads when possible as we make our way through, clearing explosive devices to keep the roads safe for ourselves and civilians.

Execution

Commander's Intent
The purpose of this mission is to capture the ISIS drug manufacturer and push ISIS out of their stronghold. Along the way we'll clear the roads from IEDs since there's been an uptick in bombings lately.

Tasks and Sequencing
Longbow elements will be attached to their respective fireteams. Ranger 1-2 is to provide long range firesupport while Ranger 1-1 closes in for structure clearing.
