This includes recruitment, administration, promotions, policy enforcement, and handling of personnel files. The command unit ensures that the unit's human resources are effectively managed and supported.

J1 Recruitment: Handles the entire recruitment process, from applicant processing to welcoming newcomers and manages Recruits in probation.
