Personnel Command (PC) is responsible for managing all personnel-related matters within UNITAF. This includes recruitment, administration, promotions, policy enforcement, and handling of personnel files. The command unit ensures that the unit's human resources are effectively managed and supported.
J1 Recruitment: Handles the entire recruitment process, from applicant processing to welcoming newcomers and manages Recruits in probation.
