FM/BG-616.V1.00 - Understanding J-Groups (Staff Groups)
A J-Group represents a specific and focused area of effort managed by an NCOIC with support from multiple NCO positions. J-Groups enable unit-wide contributors to support their efforts through approved and assigned activities - therefore, although they contain Staff positions - technically any member of the unit can join J-Groups as contributors.

- J1 Recruitment: Handles recruitment process and manages recruits in probation.
- J2 Personnel: Manages personnel records, promotions, and policy compliance.
- OC J-Groups
- J3 Operations: Handles operations approval, scheduling, mission support, and campaign management.
- J5 Loadouts: Manages loadout creation and maintenance.
- J8 Mods: Oversees mod approval, review, and testing.
- J9 Servers: Handles server management and optimization.
- TC J-Groups
- J6 Policy: Manages policy approval and enforcement.
- J7 Training: Oversees training programs and skill assessments.
