Situation

Background Information
The Final push has come, CSAT are on the back foot and NATO plans a full assault of the last CSAT stronghold. Assaulting from two side NATO finish the war for Malden

Mission

Tasking
Objective EARTH: Communications FOB, has been weakened by friendly SF yesterday. Objective MARS: Garrison/barracks and HQ. Southern defence line, consist of bunkers, H-barriers and a Cargo tower. Objective VENUS: Airbase.

End-state
Mission complete on capturing the Malden Airbase and repelling any counter-attacks. Endex will be at the Airfield;

Execution

Commander's Intent
The purpose of the mission is to capture the enemy held airfield to drive the remaining enemy force off malden.

Tasks and Sequencing
Bishop who has cleared their startex position yesterday will clear objective EARTH and MARS whilst Knight will continue their fight down south through objective Pluto. Phase 1: will consist roughly of Objective EARTH, MARS and PLUTO. Objective EARTH was hit yesterday by friendly SF and is expected to not have a lot of resistance. Phase 2 will be objective VENUS. KNIGHT and BISHOP are expected to meet in the middle of the objective, clearing from the North and South simultaneously. **Whilst clearing objective VENUS, intel suggests hostiles will attempt to retreat towards their fleet.

Administration/Logistics

Resupply
LOGPAKs will be provided by CASTLE through KING, due to terrain restrictions Bishop and KNIGHT are expected to request LOGPAKs well in advance.

Medical
Rook will be attached to Knight Blacksmith will be attached to Bishop Rook and Blacksmith will have a Bobcat each for MEDEVAC.

Rules of Engagement

Fire Support Plan
Howitzers are available for smoke cover from our NW island FOB.

Close Air Support
CAS will be provided by CHECKMATE with a V-44X Blackfish gunship. CHECKMATE will be strictly weapons red except for authorised targets.
