--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---
Situation
Background InformationOur captured Taliban Friend from our operation eliminating AA threats in the region has reported that their friends stuck in Yarkanay are under heavy attacks from ISIS. One recent operation saw a influential town elder Farman Aman with ties to the Taliban get captured. This will turn the tide against the Taliban. If we could apprehend this elder he could provide us with useful information about Taliban positions and forces instead of telling ISIS. He has been identified as held hostage in the town of Tadzhak, where prisoners are held for interrogation and processing. Images of Farman Aman on our records:
We sent reconnaissance teams out to the hills around the area to monitor the town and collect intelligence on the location of the hostage. This identified a armored vehicle depot, mortar pits, the building of interest and a large number of tents on the east side of the town. The below images were obtained:
We have managed to pull in assets to obtain civilian intelligence from locals further confirming the areas of interest. Also use assets to collect airborne high altitude images of the area during night time of the town of Tadzhak focusing on the area identified by reconnaissance and civilian intelligence.
Civilian Intelligence Imagery:
Satellite Imagery of Tadzhak:
Our tasking involves a snatch and grab, taking Farman Aman out of ISIS captivity and into our own. While in the town we can take the opportunity to destroy ISIS armored vehicles currently stationed in the town.

Execution
Commander's IntentTo move swiftly and silently to the local town, capture and interrogate OPFOR assets to validate the intel on the HVTs location, place charges on the OPFOR vehicle depot, and to silently and rapidly extract the HVT from the town.
Tasks and Sequencing
LONGSWORD will deploy from the FOB via vehicle to the FRV located at OP1. There they will dismount and begin approach towards Tadzhak, code name EMPIRE. 1-1 will approach surrounding hamlets and conduct recon to find any ISIS stragglers that can be easily grabbed and pinched for intel. 1-2 will divert SE and conduct recon on the OPFOR vehicle depot, code name BRITANNIA.
Upon completion of recon, 1-1 will snatch and interrogate ISIS guards if possible. 1-2 will sneak in and lay charges in BRITANNIA before leaving the way they came in.
LONGSWORD will regroup and, using any final intel to adjust as needed, move to extract Farman Aman from the target building, code name CHURCHILL. 1-1 will serve as primary breach and extract team, 1-2 will serve as BOF from safety to provide security on immediate area and observation of roads and reenforcement points.
Intel suggests a large concentration of tents amassed only 200m from the target building, which is believed to be the forward accommodation area for ISIS forces operating out of the region.
Having secured CHURCHILL, 1-1 will RV back with 1-2; LONGSWORD will retrace route back to FRV and extract as per infil route.
Actions on:
Team spotted prior to eyes on EMPIRE: Deal with situation as quietly as possible. FL decision on mission feasibility.
1-1 contacted prior to grabbing ISIS guards: Immediate FL decision on mission feasibility.
1-2 contacted/XORD malfunction: Immediate FL decision on mission feasibility.
1-1 go loud on infil towards CHURCHILL: 1-1 to continue on task but approach changed to loud and fast. 1-2 to provide necessary support until 1-1 have returned with HVT. 9 to move vics closer to BOF for quick getaway.
