Tasks and Sequencing
Above: The AO
Above: Sector 1
Above: Sector 3
Above: Sectors 2&4
The mission is divided into two schemes of Maneuver, each with two main parts. The first scheme, to be conducted by KILO 1 and KILO 2 sees the completion of OBJ ALAMO and OBJ CANAE, the clearance of Jarlitz and Ratzlingen respectively. The idea here is to circumvent OPFOR defensive line on the WEST of Ratzlingen by reaking Jarlitz and hitting Ratzlingen from the rear The second scheme, conducted by KILO 3 sees the completion of OBJ BOSWORTH and OBJ DUNKIRK, the clearance of OPFOR SF camps and recon ops in Hohes Holz, and destruction of a comms outpost somewhere in the woods WEST of Klein Malchau.
PHASE 0 PHASE 0
Phase 0 sees KILO 9 maneuver in vehicles to DM1-P with a secondary DM marked nearby before splitting into the two SOM. Actions on contact whilst on route are to PUSH THROUGH unless determined otherwise by convoy lead.
PHASE 1
SECTOR 1
We have the option for INDIA 9 to conduct FM (Chem) on OBJ ALAMO, prior to engaging. This should allow BLUFOR wearing CHEMRES masks to make short work of the remaining defenders.
KILO 1 and KILO 2 will proceed to capture areas in predetermined fashion, with KILO 1 mainly clearing the NORTH of the sector and KILO 2 SOUTH. Depending on level of resistance squads should be able to work on each area independently, however BLUFOR can and should expect to deviate to support where necessary.
SECTOR 2
KILO 3 will find and eliminate any OPFOR SF operating in OBJ BOSWORTH, destroy any caches found, and utilise INDIA 9to eliminate sightings of OPFOR positions outside the AO.
PHASE 2
SECTOR 3
KILO 1 and KILO 2 will mount up, and proceed to SECTOR 3 towards DM2-P. Upon arrival, we may encounter strong resistance, however if hasty, most OPFOR forces may still be on standby on the WEST of OBJ CANAE. Either way, OBJ CANAE should become more challenging as we progress.
As previous, INDIA 9 will be on hand to soften any military targets and requests should be made directly through KILO 7.
SECTOR 4
KILO 3 will find and eliminate any OPFOR SF operating in OBJ DUNKIRK, destroy the comms station we suspect is there, and utilise INDIA 9to eliminate sightings of OPFOR positions outside the AO. If completed they should hastily move to support OBJ CANAE.
PHASE 3 (OPTIONAL)
Phase 3 will involve the optional OBJ EDGEHILL to move to clear Molbath. Approach to this objective will be decided in-field.
Administration/Logistics
ResupplyALL CALLSIGNS will cross the LD fully loaded according to the units SOP. These supplies will come from the staging area. This basic load is expected to sustain the team throughout the mission, without support. Emergency resupply will be coordinated through KILO 9 and delivered by GROUND by ZULU H Vehicles requesting assistance will have a delayed response due to distance from BLUFOR FOB. Vehicles should take precautions and act as support, rather than assault units.
Medical
- Medical support will be conducted in field (PAK in Field)
Rules of Engagement
CPERS should be turned over to KILO 9 for evacuation to the rear.
Fire Support Plan
IDF(HE) and IDF(Chem) provided by INDIA 9 and authorised via KILO 7 , in accordance with SOP.
Close Air Support
