--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---

Situation

Background Information
Exploiting the breakthrough created by callsign Checkmate, the remaining infantry reserve of the campaign aboard the HMS Queen Elizabeth have been scrambled and reorganized into callsign Nomad. They are to disembark the carrier, repel PLA armoured forces already landed on the island and push them back into the sea... BE ADVISED: PLA landings are still ongoing, expect steady supply of reinforcement on their side.

Friendly Forces
callsign NOMAD consisting of 2x Infantry Squads 1x Weapons Support Team callsign Lima consisting of 3x engineers 1x Supply Truck 2x Land Rover

Supporting Assets
Royal Navy frigates providing AA over the island. We have lost contact with callsign Thunder following the raid earlier this morning.

Enemy Forces
PLA invasion force consisting of MBTs, IFVs, APCs and mechanized infantry. Enemies are highly trained, well equipped and enjoy complete air supremacy. As a result of Checkmate's raid on the enemy destroyer earlier this morning, enemy air will be greatly delayed.

Mission

Tasking
Make landfall on the island from the 'Liz, establish a beachhead, then continue pushing north to repel all invading forces. The unit is also tasked with confirming callsign Thunder's current situation.

End-state
Mission Success: Island in friendly hands, PLA repelled. Mission Failure: Nomad stopped, PLA holding onto any of the key landing ports.

Execution

Commander's Intent
The primary objective of our mission is to both secure a perimeter around the wreck of the HMS Queen Elizabeth aircraft carrier and to repel the invading PLA forces from the local island before they are able to establish a foothold to invade further mainland objectives.
