Situation

Background Information
A month ago, the Sassarian armed forces have invaded the Green Sea region and have captured Veterans isle just south of Chernarus, and as well as Utes and several other minor islands. US and UK Forces in the Green sea region, scrambled to protect the Chernorussian government, fearing an impending invasion into mainland Chernarus. With the help of USS Liberty, 3 PARA are attempting a risky capture of a strategic Airfield on the island of "Veterans". AIR ASSETS; - 1x AH-64D Apache - 1x Merlin HC3

Mission

Tasking
Prevent the invasion of Chernarus by re-capturing Veterans isle.

End-state
When Veterans isle is recaptured, all elements are to regroup at the airfield for evac.

Execution

Commander's Intent
The intent is to do a quick and effective counter attack using the available assets we could muster

Tasks and Sequencing
PHASE 0 ALL CALLSIGNS Will muster 10 minutes after start ex at RP -0 for last Minute verbal brief. Eagle 5 and FOX 4 Wil transport BEAR with 2x Merlin HC3 Flight path marked in Purple line. First move to hold marker and wait for execution of assault this to avoid collateral damage due to pre- invasion barrage from the uss Liberty. Once cleared too continue Proceed won flight path to LZ-Grizzly if AO is not safe due to failed barrage LZ-Panda will be Secondary. PHASE 1 After landing BEAR 1 will setup at OP-1 and cover BEAR 2 While they cross to the east of the runway.. From here both squads wil push up together and provide crossfire if needed. BEAR 9 will coordinate movement if teams are moving to far ahead. Once Objective 1 is secure BEAR 1 wil setup at OP to provide Security for BEAR 2 while they take OBJ-4 FOX 4 Will provide full platoon Logpack once OBJ-4 is clear . EAGLE 5 Tasking is to provide support the platoon following BEAR 7 Forward Air controller. PHASE 2 BEAR 1 Will Move in to OBJ-2 A under cover from BEAR 2 Once BEAR 1 is on the compound BEAR 2 will move in to support Once OBJ-2 A is secure BEAR 1 will cover BEAR 2 in there assault to OBJ-2 B. Once OBJ-2 B is secure BEAR 1 will move to OBJ-2 C clearing the West using the road as a border. while BEAR 2 first cover BEAR 1 movement and then take the Eastern side of the objective. Once OBJ-2 C is secure Both teams will setup to assault OBJ-2 D with BEAR 1 taking the South side and BEAR 2 the North side. OBJ-2 D is secure. Both teams will continue to to the OBJ-2 E BEAR 1 on the South and BEAR 2 on the North. PHASE 3 Incase of strong resistance in OBJ-5 We will relocate there to secure it.

Administration/Logistics

Resupply
PHASE 0 FOX 4 Will provide airlift for BEAR 2 according to flight plan. PHASE 1 Prepare Airlift operations.: Assets needed to be flow over 1x medical crate for Platoon medic. 1x Light AT for quick resupply incase Eagle 5 is not able to support 2x Land rover transport for Platoon element Drop of will be at Re- captured Airbase ( OBJ-1) PHASE 2 Platoon log pack required at OBJ-4 once secure. Preferring the helicopter to bring it close. Setup a FRP to provide emergency log pack or support. Keep in mind Objective 5 while being Barraged Checked by Eagle 5 might still have some assets able to harass OBJ-1 Secondary tasking is to destroy enemy Assets ( not building)

Medical
- Medical support will be conducted in field (PAK in Field) The primary medevac wil be decided by the Platoon medic incase of MASS Cass FOX 4 can be called upon to extract casualties and bring them back to base.

Rules of Engagement
EPW wil be turned to BEAR 9 and then airlifted by FOX 4 back to homebase.

Close Air Support
1x AH-64D Apache provided by Eagle 5 and authorized via BEAR 7 , in accordance with SOP.
