Execution

Commander's Intent
Purpose: The purpose of this mission is to secure key terrain just south of Budétice. Key Tasks: * Move to assault position * Clear positions End State: Hill 663 and Hill 647 and the surrounding areas are secured.

The mission will be completed in ... main phases.

1) Preparations

Objective: The unit moves safely to the assault position Actions: Knight * Cross LD with full combat load * get driven to RP GOBLIN * Soft clear through grey area * Hold at assault position DRAGON

2) HILL 663

Objective: Assault Hill 663 Actions: Knight * the element moves to release point REAPER, with the intention of flanking OPFOR positions at or near Hill 663. * At the release point, * Knight 1 moves directly west and clears NAI 1 * Knight 2 moves southwest and secures NAI 2 * Upon securing NAI 1 and NAI 2, all elements perform an ACE check

3) HILL 647

Objective: SECURE Hill 647 Actions: Knight * The platoon gathers at Rally Point FOX, and performs successive bounds to NAI 3, and clears it. * The elements confirm combat effectiveness through ACE * The platoon continues successive bounds through NAI 4 * Knight goes firm at or before LOA PHOENIX.

SCHEME OF FIRES

Friendly cavalry units conducts long-distance area fire at the hillsides south of Budétice whilst Knight is moving up to ensure safe movement for Knight. Upon reaching assault point Dragon, Knight calls for cease fire.

Resupply
Logistics will be handled by Knight 7. Note that Knight 7 will have limited capabilities, and as such ACE reports should be provided regularly to ensure adequate logistical support.
