Situation

Background Information
With Isla Vixena secured, NATO ARRC forces have been deploying and setting up FOB Lion; the U.S.S Freedom carrier group is still in close support and offloading supplies and troops. The Suidorra Region- an island formation in the Eastern region of Afrene- has recently been suffering from some unrest, originally thought to be caused by local bandits. Recent missing persons and movement of weapons indicates a more organised paramilitary force attempting to take control in the region. This must not be allowed, thus NATO troops will deploy to clear the rats from Afrene's basement.

Friendly Forces
Airborne Infantry Platoon supported by Multirole rotary and an airborne emergency medical detachment.

Supporting Assets
Afrene military and police operating in the mainland.

Enemy Forces
The Afrene government expects loosely organised groups of marauders taking advantage of the political situation. Trident believes we have the potential to encounter paramilitary forces as seen on Isla Vixena; well-equipped with military equipment supplied 'secretly' by the Molatian government.

Mission

Tasking
The suidorra (pronounced 'suh-*DOR*-ra') region's settlements have been suffering from stolen or coerced resources and people since shortly after the start of the political tension between Afrene and Molatia. With the police severely lacking the resources to effectively combat the problem and the military engaged across Afrene, the issue has been low on the priority list until recently. With recent reports of mass kidnappings and repression of patriotic acts flooding in to local authorities, the Afrene government has requested ARRC assistance. The fortified town of Lukasa appears to be some form of headquarters or large hideout for potential paramilitary groups and is known to be guarded by armed individuals. Rumours in nearby towns of kidnappings and ghost stories of experimented-on individuals attacking in the night often mention the nearby Astra research facility. This may be typical government-mistrust rhetoric that often surrounds these private research sites, but Trident has agreed to investigate the compound as a show of friendship to the Afrene government. We only have a legitimised property search warrant from the Afrene government in the event of suspicious goings-on, so we must conduct thorough recce before deciding to arrest or engage any potentially civilian positions. Private armed security is expected. Primary Tasking - Re-assert allied control of Suidorra Region - Neutralise any recruitment centres or other discovered vehicles of propaganda - Investigate the local Astra private research facility for any illegal or suspicious activity. Secondary Tasking - Protect and safeguard Afrene civilians where possible.

Execution

Commander's Intent
The intent for this mission is to gather intelligence on the current situation in the Suidorra Region. Making sure to remove any threats along the way.

Tasks and Sequencing
ALL CALLSIGNS Will deploy to the Suidorra Region via airlift from FOB LION Phase 1: a) HITMAN Will be airlifted by XRAY to LZ Lithium b) HITMAN 1 & HITMAN 2 will then move along the designated routes towards the town of Solon. Where they will move through the town. Interacting with the local populus while looking out for recruitment centres. c) Once the Solon area has been investigated. HITMAN will move along the designated routes towards Imalia d) HITMAN 1 & HITMAN 2 will then move through the designated areas within the area of Imalia Interacting with the local populus, while looking out for recruitment centres. Phase 2: a) Once HITMAN have finished moving through the area surrounding Imalia. HITMAN will be airlifted to LZ Gold. b) Once at LZ Gold, HITMAN Will move to Hill 37, before moving to there designated areas within the area of Boona, they will move through the area while Interacting with the local populus, while looking out for recruitment centres. Phase 3: a) Once HITMAN have finished moving through the area surrounding Boona. HITMAN will split. b) HITMAN 1 will move towards 1 BOF, to do some visual reconnaissance of Lukasa. Once here they will await HITMAN 2 to be in position to assault the castle. c) HITMAN 2 will be airlifted to LZ Silver, before moving through the docks and moving to approach Lukasa d) All HITMAN Elements will move in and assault Lukasa. Phase 4: a) HITMAN Will then be airlifted to LZ Diamond. b) HITMAN 1 & HITMAN 2 will then move in to clear the Astra Research Facility c) Once the Astra Research Facility is clear. ALL CALLSIGNS will search the area for any intelligence. Taking photos (Screenshots) of any intel and collection anything possible. Phase 5: a) Once the Astra Research Facility has been searched, HITMAN will move along designated routes towards the town of Carnpolongo. b) HITMAN 1 & HITMAN 2 will move through the area while Interacting with the local populus, while looking out for recruitment centres. c) Once the town has been searched. ALL CALLSIGNS will EXFIL the Suidorra Region and will be airlifted back to FOB LION
