Situation

Background Information
The airfield has been surrounded by the enemy and requesting assistance to evacuate the civilian personnel before it turns into a bloodbath. OUTLAW is to push through the enemies and regroup with the forces defending the airfield and assist in the fight. Supporting Assets
Defense coordination has been placed under directions of CROSSROAD US Army and US Marines elements that were staged at and around the airfield have regrouped to form defenses in the area. Limited assets has stretched the forces thin, most elements present are light infantry, with our only tank platoon in the area engaged to the east to cover against enemy armor. All air assets present in the airfield are grounded, and external assistance is unable to arrive due to enemy anti-air threat.

Enemy Forces
The enemy forces have deployed all around the airfield in a siege. The enemy has concentrated a lot of anti-air assets in the area, with Soviet SZUs and MANPAD launchers. The enemy consists of mostly infantry with technical and mechanized support.

Mission

Tasking
OUTLAW is tasked with regrouping with US forces organized under CROSSROAD and assist in ensuring the defence of the airfield.

End-state
The airfield is to be held until the evacuation of all civilians and sensitive equipment. Should the situation evolve such as the evacuation cannot be carried out as planned,

Execution

Commander's Intent
The intent is to ensure that the airfield is defended while the evacuation is carried out.

Tasks and Sequencing
Phase 1: a) ALL CALLSIGNS will move Via Route Gold towards the airfield. b) As we approach the enemy lines the convoy will slow and allow ASSASSIN 1 to dispatch any armoured or static targets. c) ALL CALLSIGNS will then move in convoy and push through the frontline before pushing further to the airfield. Phase 2: a) Once at the airfield. ALL CALLSIGNS will receive further taskings which will need to be acted upon. Notes: a) Convoy Order: Unless otherwise stated or a vehicle is damaged, the following will apply: OUTLAW 1 ASSASSIN 1 OUTLAW 9 WATCHMAN 4-1 QUEBEC 4 OUTLAW 2 As stated below, all convoy control sits with OUTLAW 8 b) ASSASSIN 1 will be on platoon net and will be equipped both with Bunker Busters and AT. Squad leaders may only call in bunker busters after confirming with OUTLAW 9.
