Situation

Background Information
CIA Agent Dustin Thatcher has been successfully extracted from military prison. He has passed on the intelligence he obtained before his capture. A senior Russian general backing the Fapovian regime is arriving, along with several high-level Russian advisors, to conduct a strategic briefing with Fapovian leadership. This presents us with a rare chance to eliminate critical figures in the conflict. Sniper elements will be inserted prior to the brief into an overwatch position and will be disconnected from the main squad. Spotter will act as FTL Note:OPFOR RP will be required to fly helicopters/planes extensively, so a competent level of flying is required.
