--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---
Situation
Background InformationUNITAF has made it's presence known around KalaeNoowi, stationed at FOB Homestead, South Garrison. The situation remains the same, to secure the South Eastern hills outside the town. Before taking on hostile strongholds in these hills, UNITAF must secure itself a foothold in Ramir, a minor settlement located on the outskirts of FOB Homestead.
Mission
Tasking1st Platoon will conduct a mounted patrol from FOB Homestead, South to Ramir(126-151). The platoon is to execute a thorough search of compounds Delta(120-154) and Echo(118-155). Village elders have been informed and are cooperative, so long as we not bother the entire town. If anything suspicious is found, forward to HQ and proceed to force clear the rest of Ramir. If any kind of cache is to be found, armed personnel are to be disarmed and detained.
Execution
Tasks and Sequencing1st Platoon is to act with the highest measure of weapons discipline during the mission, from start to finish. Locals non militants are unfortunately authorized to bare arms. Actions on contact are that should the platoon come under fire it's to return fire only, unless a hostile IFF can be made, in which case weapons free.
An ANA detachment will be assigned to 1st Platoon to transport detained personnel. Actual is to relay ready to HQ when the detachment may RTB.

Rules of Engagement
Due to failed negations in the area prior to UNITAF, locals are still allowed to carry weapons. That will need to change, but UNITAF needs to tred carefully for now.
Thanks to clearance of the North last Sunday, 1st Platoon will only need to be careful towards the South. Since we cannot tell militant from non-militant, an enemy force cannot be estimated.
